  • Check-in time is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM. If you’d like to check in early or check out late, we can accommodate you for P200 per hour, depending on availability.

  • We’re happy to welcome up to 2 small to medium-sized pets! Just a quick note: they need to be diapered at all times during your stay, and there’s a fee of P500 per pet for the whole duration. We can't wait to meet your furry friends!

  • Yes, all units come with high-speed Wi-Fi, with a connection speed of around 300+ Mbps, making it perfect for remote workers or guests who need a reliable internet connection.

  • We understand that plans can change! Please note that the down payment is non-refundable. However, you’re welcome to rebook your stay within 60 days.

Amenities & Features

  • We’re pleased to provide 1 designated paid parking slot per unit for just P200 per night. If you’re bringing more than 1 car, Extra parking slots may be available depending on availability at the condo for a fee of P350 per night, which can be settled at the admin office.

  • Yes, all our units feature a private balcony where you can relax and enjoy the view.

  • Yes, the kitchen is fully stocked with essential appliances such as a stove, refrigerator, and microwave, as well as utensils, plates, mugs, drinking glasses, and cookware for your convenience.

  • Yes, guests have complimentary access to the condominium’s coffee shop, game area, function hall, fitness gym, audio-visual room, property management, water station, and laundry room during their stay.

  • Yes, there are several pet-friendly parks and walking areas near the condominium where you can take your pets.

Booking & Rates

    • Unit 1 (Amara) accommodates up to 4 guests (maximum of 6)

    • Unit 2 (Elaya) accommodates up to 6 guests (maximum of 8)

    • Unit 3 (Ilicia) accommodates up to 8 guests (maximum of 14).

  • Yes, there is a slight increase in rates on weekends and holidays.

  • To secure your travel dates, a 50% down payment is required. The remaining balance is due upon check-in. Your reservation will be confirmed once the payment is received.

    Please note that you have 24 hours to settle your down payment. If the payment is not made within that timeframe, your reservation will be automatically canceled to accommodate other guests on our waiting list. Thank you for your understanding!

  • Yes, the condominium is conveniently situated along the main road, allowing you to easily catch passing jeepneys and taxis. Alternatively, you can book your transportation through Grab for added convenience.
